Full Steam Ahead: Showcasing Rail Capability at AusRAIL PLUS 2025

Held in late November, AusRAIL PLUS 2025 brought together rail operators, suppliers and decision-makers from across the industry. For Workwear Group Uniforms, it was an important opportunity to connect with the sector, showcase our capability, and demonstrate how our uniform and footwear solutions are built for real rail environments.

Team at the WWGU stand

At AusRAIL PLUS 2025, our focus was clear: lead with innovation, highlight proven rail-ready solutions, and reinforce our commitment to supporting rail teams across Australia.

Leading with innovation where it matters

Across three busy days, conversations on our stand consistently centred on performance in demanding conditions. Heat Stress Mitigation (HSM) was a clear standout, reflecting the growing need for uniform solutions that support comfort, safety and productivity in physically demanding rail environments.

Designed with frontline workers in mind, our HSM shirting helps manage heat stress without compromising durability or compliance — supporting teams to stay focused and comfortable on the job.

Alongside this, our rail-compliant garment range demonstrated how safety, fit and functionality can work together, giving rail operators confidence that their teams are equipped for the realities of the workday.

End-to-end solutions, backed by trusted heritage brands

Visitors also engaged strongly with our rail-ready footwear offering, featuring KingGee and Hard Yakka work boots. With deep heritage and decades of experience on Australian worksites, both brands continue to evolve to meet the needs of modern rail operations — delivering protection, comfort and performance where it counts.

Together, our uniforms and footwear offering reflects an end-to-end approach: practical, compliant and built for the demands of rail work.

Proud to support leading rail operators

AusRAIL PLUS 2025 also provided an opportunity to showcase uniform programs we’re proud to support across the sector. On the stand, we featured workwear worn by teams from Yarra Trams, Metro Trains, Team Global Express and Aurizon — partnerships that reflect trust, scale and shared commitment to quality.

It was especially rewarding to reconnect with existing customers and meet new organisations exploring how Workwear Group Uniforms could support their teams into the future.

On the right track

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand at AusRAIL PLUS 2025. We’re proud to continue working alongside rail operators, delivering innovative, compliant uniform solutions that support the people who keep Australia moving.
